Available for Booking Soon! The Active Aging Assessment & Fitness Consultation is a comprehensive assessment designed to help you begin your fitness journey safely and confidently. This one-on-one consultation provides a clear understanding of your current fitness level, movement patterns, and personal goals so we can create a personalized training plan that supports your health, independence, and quality of life. During your consultation, we will: • Review your health history, medical considerations, and current activity level. • Discuss your goals, lifestyle, and any concerns related to movement or exercise. • Complete a functional movement assessment, including balance, mobility, flexibility, strength, posture, and coordination. • Identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement. • Answer your questions and provide professional recommendations tailored to your needs. • Begin a personalized plan for safe, effective personal training based on your abilities and goals. Whether your goal is to improve strength, enhance balance, increase mobility, reduce fall risk, or stay active and independent, this consultation provides the foundation for your fitness program. Duration: Approximately 60-90 minutes Ideal for: Adults 55+ who are beginning personal training or looking for a personalized fitness plan that supports healthy, active aging.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you give us at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file. If you miss your appointment without notice (a no-show), the full appointment fee will be charged to the card on file.
